By shopping at Rodeo Babe, you agree to our Return and Exchange Policy:

GENERAL EXCHANGE INFORMATION: 

  • We accept exchanges for shirts, tanks, sweats, and hoodies within 14 days of your package delivery date. We do not accept exchanges for hats. 
  • All customers are REQUIRED to purchase their own return label for the exchange, using a trackable shipping service. We may ask for this tracking number.
  • Items being exchanged MUST be in new condition, unwashed, unworn with no traces of hair, sweat, makeup, deodorant, perfume, horse hair, pet fur, etc. If the item does not meet this criteria, we will ship your package back to you and and no exchange will be forthcoming.

FOR EXCHANGES: 

  • To initiate an exchange, please head to our Issue Resolution Area, and provide your invoice number and contact information. You will receive instructions to return your item.
  • Once we receive your item in the mail, you will receive a STORE CREDIT so you may repurchase your new size or style, in the amount of your previous purchase, less the original shipping costs. 

FOR RETURNS:

  • To initiate a return on eligible items, please head to our Issue Resolution Area.
  • Do not send us back any items before utilizing the Issue Resolution Area and have been confirmed to do so.
  • We currently accept returns for shirts, tanks, sweats, and hoodies for STORE CREDIT ONLY after 14 days upon your package delivery. If 14 days has been exceeded, we do not accept returns.
  • The store credit amount will be your total less the original shipping costs. 
  • We do not accept returns for hats. 
  • All customers are REQUIRED to purchase their own shipping label for the return, using a trackable shipping service. We may ask for this tracking number.
  • Returns for money back refunds are ONLY applicable for a customer who purchases any item in the smallest or largest size we carry. If the smallest item is too big or the largest item is too small, we will allow a money back return. The item must follow our guidelines of being unwashed, unworn and not covered in human/pet hair, makeup, sweat stains, etc. 
  • If an item you received is damaged at our fault, is not the item you ordered, or the wrong size, please go to our Issue Resolution Area and provide a detailed explanation of the issue. If your invoice says you ordered blue but you got red, we will fix it. We want our customers to be happy with their gear.
